Katmandu : The Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) under the Federal Parliament on Sunday unanimously endorsed the names of proposed ambassadors to four different countries.
The meeting of the committee endorsed their names after studying their qualifications, action plans and vision required for the ambassadors, said committee chair Laxman Lal Karna.
The meeting of the Cabinet on November 11 had recommended Nilambar Acahrya as Nepali Ambassador to India, Uday Raj Pandey to Malaysia, Krishna Prasad Dhakal to the United Arab Emirates and, Dr Anjan Shakya for Israel.
The proposed ambassadors had committed to promote national interest and play crucial role in economic diplomacy to boost national economy.
