Dhangadhi : The Sudurpaschim provincial state minister for industry, tourism and environment, Prakash Rawal, has resigned.
Recently, the Kanchanpur District Court had registered a case against the ruling Nepal Communist Party leader among 16. The defendants have been accused of forging share transaction documents to embezzle property worth Rs 157 million belonging to Jana Jyoti Multiple Cample in Mahendranagar.
Rawal was on the run for the past few weeks. But he tendered his resignation to the Chief Minister Trilochan Bhatta this morning, according to sources.
